Ish happens. My philosophy is if you're REALLY craving something... don't restrict yourself because you might just completely fall off the healthy eating bandwagon in the end. I try to not let this happen more than once or twice a week. But I don't think it's realistic to completely give up food you love for good... a girls gotta live ;)
